Israeli Settlements Map

At first glance, the growth of the number of Israeli settlements has slowed down since 1993 (start of the Oslo Process). Taking into account the evacuation of 21 Israeli settlements in the Gaza Strip in 2005, and another 4 in the West Bank, the total number of settlements has increased with 10 up to 2008. The number of Israeli settlers in the same period has increased from 280,000 to 488,000.
