Introduction

The Middle East and North Africa is a large and diverse geographical area that extends from the Black Sea in the north to the Arabian Sea in the south, and from the Mediterranean Sea in the west to the mountains of Iran.

Fanack’s Geography file provides an overview of each country of the region, describing its unique geographical features, local climate, and natural resources.

Our mission is to offer a worthwhile contribution to the publication of balanced background up-to-date information on the topic from an Arab perspective.
