The Dutch Tax Administration has designate the Fanack Foundation as an institution to be an “Public Benefit Organisation” (Dutch: Algemeen Nut Beogende Instelling, ANBI). Fanack foundation (Stichting Fanack Nederland), among other strict conditions, meets with the criteria that at least 90% of the efforts of the foundation is focused on the general good.
